So this begs the question, how often do you allow yourself the needed opportunity to sit and do absolutely nothing, except embrace the moment rather than a destructive thought?

Mindfulness expert, Andy Puddicombe, explains in this excellent TED Talk that all it takes is 10 minutes a day to refresh your body and increase your overall happiness just by being mindful and experiencing the present moment through meditation.
