
Ever felt overwhelmed by the various types of yoga classes available at your studio? Or had trouble deciding which yoga class to attend given your busy schedule?
Believe it or not – despite the numerous posts on yoga and their benefits, types, and poses that we’ve written; sometimes even we at FinerMinds need a moment to go “Uh…” and ponder our options.
Fortunately Yoga Trail has come up with a neat and lighthearted infographic mapping out our options. Okay, so it only scratches the surface of things, but the chart makes for a quick compass that takes us in the right direction, at the very least!
For example: we prefer a class that doesn’t focus on opening our hearts, we don’t mind breaking a sweat, we like looking at ourselves in the mirror (it helps us monitor our poses) yet we’re not fans of blazing heat. According to the chart, this means we should sign up for Power Yoga.
