Kate Messmer Jessup has a private practice called Peace of Kate based out of Napa, CA. She teaches the tools to support those on the courageous journey of self-inquiry. As a result, they have strengthened their communication skills, received clarity on what they really want from life, learned the importance of slowing down to listen to their inner dialogue, and how to work through anxious thoughts when they show up. She received her BA in Liberal Studies from Sacramento State University, an MA in Spiritual Psychology from The University of Santa Monica, and a Soul Centered Professional Coaching Certification from The University of Santa Monica.
