We’re incredibly lucky to have the number of choices available to us that we do.

Everything ranging from the different varieties of food filling up the shelves of the supermarket, to the different types of yoga practices we can choose from at our local gym.

Everywhere we go, we have choice.

But has the increase in the amount of choices available to us, left us feeling paralyzed and unable to actually make a decision?

In this fascinating 20-minute TED Talk, psychologist Barry Schwartz looks at this modern social issue, and at how the increase in choice has actually left some of us feeling more dissatisfied.
