In this beautifully animated clip by RSA Shorts, author, speaker and creativity expert, Sir Ken Robinson, explains why having a purpose in how we spend our time (whether it’s work related or otherwise) is an essential part of knowing who we are, what stops us from doing what we love, and how to find and be in our element.

We’re all talented in some way, but as he so brilliantly describes, perhaps the reason we don’t believe we have talents in the first place is because we haven’t come across them yet; much like Earth’s natural resources, we have to do a bit of digging to find them.
