Located just below the navel, in your lower abdomen area, the Sacral chakra is the epicenter of your emotions, sexuality, desire, and creativity. Because this second chakra is where we process our emotions, it is also the spot where we store old emotions from the past.
When this center is overactive, symptoms such as overeating, envy, manipulation, or aggression may surface.
When the Sacral is under-active, a person may experience feelings of purposelessness, guilt, anger, resentment, disconnection, and impotence.
This meditation is intended to bring your Sacral chakra back into balance and restore your emotional equilibrium.
