Since today’s Friday and it’s all about relaxing and taking it easy, we thought we’d quickly put up 5 fast and easy ways on how to be happy, relax and let that stress go.

1. Share a sunset with someone

Grab some seats, pour some wine (maybe get some cheese if you’re feeling fancy), and sit back and enjoy the cinematic masterpiece that nature has provided us.

2. Buy yourself flowers

One sure way to be happy is to get yourself some flowers. Go to the florist and pick each flower that’ll be in your bouquet. Don’t just get a pre-made one. Get creative and mix it up. Then go home, find a pretty, vase and take your time arranging them. Maybe to some Vivaldi or Jay-Z. Your choice really.

3. Watch cute animal videos on YouTube.

There’s nothing more adorable than baby animals doing funny things. Go to Youtube and just do a search on every baby animal. Use your creativity here. Baby cats are cute but so are baby sloths, baby lemurs, and baby frogs and baby pandas.

4. Masturbate

Go on. You deserve some “me” time. It’ll release those happy chemicals like endorphins and dopamine, lower your blood pressure, and according to Wikipedia, “In 2003, an Australian research team led by Graham Giles of The Cancer Council Australia found that males masturbating frequently had a lower probability to develop prostate cancer.” And don’t feel guilty about it.

5. Pajama party + ice cream + movie

Put on your comfiest pajamas and if you don’t have any, well, just get comfortable so long as it makes everyone else in the house comfortable too. This may mean NOT being naked. Put in the cheesiest feel good movie you know and drown in luxurious ice cream.

    Ha Haaa, the cute animals You Tube thing…… I do that all the time, esp. if I think I need to get those happy juices flowing. I also subscribed my mom to "The Daily Puppy" it's some site I found online that sends her a picture of the "Puppy of the day" explains the breed, mannerisms and just a cute little story about whats going on in the picture. Good stuff.

    The above are all excellent ways. But the one I use most is the Neville/Silva method. Deciding I now have what I really want. For me it's a huge lottery win. So it's imagining what I would do – e.g. cruises, nice car, gifts for friends & family, etc.

    I have a version of number five I have been doing for years…. Especially on a cold winter day. Turn the thermostat up to say 80, get your swim suit on, lay a beach blanket in front of the tv and turn on old beach movies. It's like a day at the beach.

    the idea of masturbation is very good. just relase and relax. it helps. but only thing is if u are religious some people have guilt complex even now about such things. without guilt if u can do it is good.
