6. Perfectionism is evil
One of the significant reasons behind procrastination is perfectionism. Many of us feel that we need to wait for the perfect moment to do things the perfect way. This is wrong. There is never a perfect time, and no work will ever be 100% perfect.
Excessive obsession with perfectionism leads to procrastination. Just do the work in the given time, the best way you can. And you would be ahead of your procrastinating habit, as well as build up a habit for reliability.
7. Pressure is not useful!
Many attribute their procrastination to the belief of delaying the work to the extent that they feel pressurized to work.
Postponement and delays will not help improve the quality of work. Instead, you may end up producing poor quality work. It is better to plan and work towards a goal.

Difficulties in taking decisions, postponing decisions, second-guessing your choices are all easy ways to procrastinate. Stop hesitating; start deciding. Your life would change for the better. Your work productivity will improve.
9. The task is not challenging enough or is the reverse
One of the most common reasons for procrastination is that the job is either too challenging or too easy. Therefore, you need to break up the task into small chunks so that you can get periodic breaks to recharge and focus your mind. As a result, your work wins, and you don’t suffer from boredom or stress.
