We must have watched this powerful video five times today already, and each time we still get completely transfixed by the sheer determination, strength and seemingly superhuman abilities (mentally and physically) of these paralympians.
This beautifully made video (for a UK TV station covering the Olympics) shows the paralympians getting ready for their races, while briefly flashing back to some of the accidents that led to their disabilities.
You don’t have to be a sports fan to appreciate this emotive video which proves that there are no excuses in life that can stop us from achieving success.
