Qigong has sometimes been misconstrued as being a form of magic, given the mysterious force and power it provides.

The practice involves a series of systemic movements and breathing patterns to produce “chi”, or energy. Once you learn how to access this energy, you can direct it to other parts of your body to produce energy which is strong enough to heal, and as evidence in this video – powerful enough to resist injury.
