Struggling to fit in exercise AND a social life during the week? You are not alone.
If you find that your motivation to hit the gym vanishes at the first mention of an after-work drink, then this quirky workout plan may just be for you.
Peeps at Uplift Studio in New York City combined their love for drinking and staying trim by opening something of a “Crazy Gym” where socializing meets working out and vice-versa.
These “hybrid” events have been developed as part of Uplift’s philosophy to create a space to empower women (sorry men!) through fitness and increase their happiness and self-confidence through socializing. As such, participants work out hard and are rewarded afterwards by partying hard too – all in the same place!

With weekly events such as “Workout and Wine”, “Cardio and Cocktails”, “Tighten and Tequila”, and “Bootcamp, Bloodies and Brunch”, there is no reason to keep yourself from leading the balanced life that you have dreamed about (within limits of keeping your alcohol units in check of course)!
