Chances are you’ve seen the groups of people in the park doing tai chi and thought, “Hm, what’s going on there.” So we thought we’d share a quick 5-minute video of a few tai chi exercises you can do anytime that’ll help lower stress.

Tai chi is actually extremely varied with many different types but this might give you a head start. It’s been proven to have health benefits and is even used as a form of self-defense.
