Over the last few weeks, we’ve been singing the praises of the ancient healing practice of Qi Gong, and also introduced you to the legendary Lee Holden – America’s trusted Qi Gong Expert.
We had the pleasure of having Lee speak for us at Awesomeness Fest in November last year, where he further explained what “Qi” is all about and how you can transform your energy – and your life – through the graceful and near effortless practice of Qi Gong.
In this 28-minute presentation, Lee explains how tapping into your internal life force works to eliminate stress, stimulate healing and improve your overall fitness and well-being. And just to prove it, in this video he leads the audience through some introductory Qi Gong exercises which will immediately cultivate a deep sense of strength, relaxation and power.
