Hours at the airport can go in two directions: whizzing by like a real-life time-lapse, or the feeling of being dragged slowly by the mundane spirit of “waiting”.
Vishen Lakhiani was at a bustling US Airport waiting (and waiting and waiting) to board his flight when he heard a singing voice, only to find that it came from a snack kiosk at the corner of the hall. And it was then that he met Tony, the happy singing cashier – yes Customer Service this good does exist!
