Hi everybody. I’m Dannion. Allow me a few moments to explain EXACTLY how you can become more intuitive and psychic.
But first, here’s a little background on who I am and why I’m sharing this with you.
In 1975 I was struck by lightning. After moments of immense pain I rose out of my body and found myself engulfed by peace and tranquility. I traveled down a tunnel, into the heavens and met 12 Beings of Light.
Sound crazy? I agree, but I’ll tell you what… it happened. Then I was sent back to my burnt, paralyzed body. In all, I was dead for 28 minutes.
I must not have gotten the message because I’ve had two more near death experiences since then and endured more pain than most people can possibly imagine (open-heart surgery, ruptured subdural hematomas, brain surgery and a massive grand mal seizure).
I’ve eaten from feeding tubes, passed out in pools of my own blood and had to teach myself how to walk again. What most people find odd is that I think God is just playing a joke on me. Why? Because before the lightning hit me I didn’t believe anyone could read minds or travel into other dimensions. Now, I’ve become everything I didn’t believe. If it ain’t funny everybody… it ain’t spiritual.
You may know me from my best selling books (Saved by the Light, At Peace in the Light and Secrets of the Light) or from my appearances on Oprah, Larry King, Dateline and Coast to Coast. I travel around the world speaking to sold out audiences, doing workshops and leading spiritual journeys to sacred sites where I share this simple message.

I’ll hug anybody – especially supporters of the Twilight Brigade and those who believe that no veteran should die alone. After experiencing what comes next, I began a life of service and built a corps of 5,000 bedside volunteers and have spent over 26,000 hours of my life volunteering at the bedside of dying veterans. Today, the Twilight Brigade represents one of my deepest beliefs – there is no such thing as death!
And look everybody, deep down I’m a HUGE skeptic and cynic. I wouldn’t believe any of this unless it happened to me. Now, I believe everyone possesses psychic power. Why? Because I have it – and I’m just a good ole boy from South Carolina who learned some universal laws and put them into action. So of course, you can too!
Without further adieu here are the secrets and techniques to HELP YOU become more psychic and intuitive.
And PS – I’ve already blazed the trail so, you don’t need to go outside with a lightning rod. Just sit back, relax, and take a nice deep breath. Here we go….
6 Steps to Becoming Psychic
1) Proper Nutrition
First things first, you need to purify your system. The key to psychic health is your lymphatic system. Pay attention to your pancreas and kidneys. Look up what these organs do and how best to take care of them.
Psychic’s Checklist: Be careful what you eat and what you put into your system. If possible, limit (or eliminate) meat. Stick to organic foods and fresh fish. Also, take liquid trace minerals. I use a product called ConcenTrace that I buy at Whole Foods.
2) Proper Intention
All of the quantum stuff starts here – whether we’re talking about the Law of Attraction, manifesting or mind reading. So let’s get right to it. What is your intention for wanting to be more intuitive? Is it to pick up someone in a bar? Is it to help a friend or family member? Is it to connect with someone so deeply that your mind’s merge into One? Whatever it is, the Universe doesn’t care what you want, it cares why you want it. Get a clear intention and the systems of the Universe will move into action.
Psychic’s Checklist: Check your attitude at the door. Why are you really reading this article? What’s your deepest intention to want to become more intuitive and psychic? The trick is to make sure your intention is in service to others. Take a few moments to think about your intention… [enter the Jeopardy song here]
Now that you have it, do this very important step everybody. Write it down. Muy bien.
3) Determine What You Want in Life (Important)
What do you want most in your life? Love? Connection? To achieve a certain mission or purpose? Once you have determined your intention to become more intuitive, you need to get clear on how it applies to your life. Not your life in ten years everybody, but your life RIGHT NOW. So what do you want most in life?
Psychic Checklist: Have some time to yourself, kick on your favorite music and determine what you want most in life. Then, write it down. Go on, let ‘er rip.
4) Determine Why You Want It
What are you trying to achieve by becoming psychic? Does it have anything to do with what you want most in life? If it doesn’t, it needs to. Determine why you want what you want most in life – and become completely certain of your desire. This is like adding fuel to the fire everybody. You’re turning the Universe on.
Psychic Checklist: You know the drill. Write it down.
5) Figure Out Why They’re Thinking What They’re Thinking
When I died I learned this very important thing. The Universe listens to desire. Now that you have that in place you must attune yourself to the sensual nature of the Universe. Being psychic is NOT about “hearing voices” or “reading the mind like a book” but rather, perceiving why someone is thinking what they’re thinking. Once you know that, by law, you can know what they are thinking. Et voila. You have applied the structure of the Universe and are now “being psychic.”
Psychic’s Checklist: To get “in the zone” before you enter a room, talk on the phone or communicate with someone, slip in some earplugs, take a few really deep breaths and review your intention. This helps you harmonize with them and the Universe. Now, absorb everything that comes to you. And yes, this works whether you’re walking into a bar, chatting over dinner or sitting at the bedside of someone who is dying.
6) Get a Focal Point
Now you’re really rocking and rolling! But sometimes, we get distracted and lose our intentional focus. So, it’s important you have a focal point while you harmonize, converse and do whatever it is you’re doing. So what is a focal point? Good question. It is something that represents both the physical world and spiritual world. I keep a little quartz crystal in my pocket and have a Tibetan mandala in my office (for when I do readings).
Psychic’s Checklist: Get a focal point. Crystals, mandalas and sacred geometry sets all work just fine. If you’re already using a focal point, be sure to let us all know what do you use or recommend.
