Negative feelings are your inner being telling you to stop, chill out, and release your resistance so that you can naturally move back into a better feeling state.

The most difficult step (for most people), is keeping the habit of feeling good in the present moment. Too easily do we get swept away in worry, fear, anxiety, and self-doubt.
